Can I get a refund?

How can I access downloads after one year?

After one year, you will need to either repurchase the product or join our VIP Membership to regain access to downloads.

Can I purchase a product with lifetime free updates?

Can I get a discount on products or subscriptions?

An item I downloaded is asking for a license activation code or to upgrade to premium. What do I do?

You can ignore the activation prompts. These are required for automatic updates and author support. The item will still function normally without a license key. We recommend updating your themes/plugins manually by checking for updates on our site.

Do MyCodeLive provide license keys?

No, we cannot provide, lease, or resell license keys. All products on our website are licensed under the GNU GPL License. You do not need a license key to use them. License keys are only required for automatic updates or support from the author.

How long does it take to get an updated version of a product?

You can request an update of any purchased product by using the “Report New Version Needed” button on the product page. However, we do not guarantee specific update timeframes.

How do I upgrade a plugin?

  1. Install and activate the Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin.
  2. Download the latest zip file for your plugin.

This error happens because the theme package includes additional files such as documentation and license. To resolve this:

  • Unzip the theme package you downloaded.
  • Upload the themename.zip file, which is the actual theme file.
