Non-Refundable Items

- Hosting services after activation
- Subscription renewals or recurring payments
- Issues caused by user error or incompatibility with your server
Nature of Digital Products
Our products (WordPress plugins, themes, WooCommerce extensions, and Elementor kits) are digital. Due to this, they cannot be returned like physical products. We strongly recommend that you review the product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing.

Special Cases
EU Law – Digital Content Withdrawal
According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days only if:
- You did not download the digital product
- The product was not installed on your website
- We have not started working on any requested development project (e.g., SEO, web development, plugin customization)
Once a digital product is downloaded or installed, or a service has commenced, the right to withdraw is lost.
Hosting Renewals
Please note that there are no refunds for hosting renewals. The infrastructure, servers, and services are paid for, and no refund will be processed for hosting payments after the service has been activated.
You can cancel at any time before your renewal date.
