Gravity Forms WordPress Plugin

Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin for building forms that handle data collection, payments, user interactions, and workflow automation. It uses a visual form editor with field configuration options, conditional display rules, and integrations with external services.

Form Builder Interface

The drag-and-drop editor provides standard fields (text, email, phone, address), advanced fields (file upload, list, post creation), pricing fields (product, quantity, total), and layout options. Each field has configuration panels for validation rules, placeholder text, conditional visibility, and CSS styling.

Conditional Logic

• Show/hide fields — display form fields based on previous answers or selections
• Page routing — direct users to different form pages based on their responses
• Notification routing — send different email notifications based on form submission data
• Confirmation logic — show different confirmation messages or redirect to different pages based on responses

Payment Processing

Accept payments directly through forms using Stripe, PayPal, or other payment gateway add-ons. Pricing fields calculate totals with product options, quantities, and shipping. Subscriptions and recurring payments are supported through gateway-specific configurations.

Integrations & Add-Ons

Connect forms to Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Slack, and other services through official add-ons. Form submissions can trigger automated workflows, CRM entries, email sequences, and webhook notifications to external applications.

Developer Features

Gravity Forms provides hooks and filters for custom field types, validation logic, and submission processing. The REST API enables external applications to create entries, retrieve form data, and manage forms programmatically.
